The fact sheet examines the ways that laws around sex work in Canada are discriminatory and how Bill C-36 was brought into effect without consultation from sex workers. The fact sheet shows the recommendations made by the Canadian Alliance of Sex Work Law Reform that would bolster the rights of Canadian sex workers in three groups: Migrant sex workers, Indigenous sex workers, and Youth sex workers.
